In the Packham gown she wore to last year's Chinese state banquet at the palace, Kate, 34, joined Prince William, the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and Camilla to host the annual reception for the diplomatic corps in London. She wore the Cambridge Lovers' Knot tiara to the annual event in the palace ballroom, attended by around 1,500 guests.
