The Duke of Cambridge recorded his message at Kensington Palace, and insisted that we all need to work together to combat bullying. Although a lot of bullying takes place in young people and at schools, new figures commissioned by The Diana Award and released by YouGov revealed if affects 56 per cent of adults in the work place. William said: "It is our collective responsibility to be alert, and to be ready to challenge the behaviour we see around us. We all have a role to play to ensure that we do not standby, but instead stand up, and put a stop to bullying."
