In the preparing heat in Port Isaac, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall met on-screen character Martin Clunes, who stars as Dr Martin Ellingham, Caroline Catz, who plays his better half Louisa, and other cast individuals including Joe Absolom (Al Large) and Ian McNeice (Bert Large). Charles and Camilla met the cast and team inside Nathan Outlaw's eatery in the angling town which duplicates as anecdotal Portwenn and postured for pictures outside.
